Laravel is the data controller for the personal information held in this system.

What we hold

For candidates: the contact and identity details you give us, your work history and qualifications, the vetting and compliance documents a role requires, your availability, and a record of the work you have done through us. For client contacts: your name, role and business contact details, and the bookings and placements made for your organisation.

Why we hold it

To find you work or to fill your vacancies — that is, to perform our agreement with you or to take steps before entering one. Some of it we are required to hold by law or by the standards our sector is regulated to, particularly the right-to-work and safeguarding checks that must be completed before anyone is placed.

Who sees it

Our own consultants, and the client organisation considering you for work — for a placement, that includes the vetting summary they are entitled to see. We use third parties to send email, process payroll and host this system, and they act only on our instructions.

If you ask us to delete your information

We will, with one exception. Where we have already placed you with a client, we keep the record of that placement and the confirmation showing you had been vetted for it — we are required to be able to show that the person who worked a shift had been checked for it, and that obligation outlives your relationship with us. Everything else about you goes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and object to how we are using it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
